The 4th industrial revolution in upon us.

In the world of future, fast moving technological advancements like Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Internet of Things, 3D printing, Genetic Engineering and others will transform every aspect of how we are going to live and work.

These changes are also impacting the future of work.

Future leaders need to be able to navigate a world that will be different than the world of today. In this new world, lines are blurred between the physical, digital and biological worlds.

To thrive, they will need to learn new competencies related to local, global and digital citizenship.

However, we have a problem. Current learning ecosystems are struggling to find the right balance between developing foundational and technical skills and training the 21st century competencies.

Individuals and organizations are both struggling to bridge this gap.

At HiPoD, we want to address this. Using a variety of deep learning methods, our goal is to instill TALC skills to help learners become future ready:
